1. The resulting fabric has a thick hand feel, a smooth and smooth surface, a bright and elegant color.
2. The application of glucose oxidase in textile processing: Glucose oxidase is mainly used for bleaching and finishing of fabrics. This enzyme treatment is very effective in producing hydrogen peroxide, and does not require the addition of hydrogen peroxide stabilizers during treatment. After treatment, the fabric feels soft and full.
3. The application of hemicellulase and lignin enzyme in textile processing: Natural cellulose fibers contain hemicellulose and lignin, especially hemp fibers with high content. Hemicellulose and lignin are not removed, which greatly affects the spinnability of fibers. Through hemicellulase and lignin enzyme treatment, most of the hemicellulose and lignin can be removed, However, hemicellulase and ligninase have not yet been used separately in textile processes, mainly in combination with other enzyme preparations (such as gelatinase, cellulase, etc.) for fiber treatment.
The application of new enzymes in textile processing: The position of chemically synthesized fibers and slurries in textiles is obvious. These high molecular weight polymers cannot be biodegraded and degraded, causing environmental pollution. Researchers are studying new enzyme species by screening strains with certain functions, genetically modifying them to become high-performance enzymes, or producing new enzyme species through cloning, transgenic, or genetically engineered bacteria, Alternatively, new enzyme agents can be synthesized in a targeted manner based on chemical and biological structures and enzymatic principles. These new enzyme agents become mimetic enzymes, and more successful enzymes include PVA degrading enzymes, polyester degrading enzymes, genetically engineered bacteria that decompose nylon oligomers, synthetases, etc.
