Azotobacter chroococcum
Azotobacter chroococcum is a microaerophilic bacterium, which is able to fix nitrogen under aerobic conditions. To do so, it produces three enzymes (catalase, peroxidase, and superoxide dismutase) to "neutralise" reactive oxygen species.
