This Product is obtained by submerged fermentation from Trichoderma Reesi. and Modern back extraction technique.

Brief introduction: This Product is obtained by submerged fermentation from Trichoderma Reesi. and Modern back extraction technique. It is widely used in manufacture of beer ,feed ,cane sugar (sucrose ) , papermaking, plant resistance to fungal diseases etc.

Working Mechanism:

This product is a general term which can hydrolyze β-glycosidic bond chain to glucose polymer . It include 1,3-1,4-β-glucanase, 1,3-β- glucanase , 1,2-1,4-β- glucanase , 1,4-β- glucanase and 1,3-1,6-β-glucanase. it divide endo-Glucanse and exoglucanase according to the function. This enzyme makeβ-glucanase degrade to low molecular weight fragment and lose hydrophile and viscosity.

Properties:

1. Effective Temperature: 30-70°C, optimum 50-60°C , it still have higher activity at 60-70°C within 30 mins. 2. Effective p H : 3.5-5.5 , optimum range 4.8-5.5 Specification:   Liquid type: brown liquid ,20000u/ml ; Solid type is off white powder, 30000 u/g , food grade 90000 u/g .

2. Unit definition One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmol reducing sugar per min at 50 °C,Ph5.5, express in u/g/ml.

Application Guide:

1. In the manufacture of beer, when saccharification stage begin, The recommended dosage is 0.05-0.25 L/t malt ( base on 20000 u/ml) .

2. In the feed complex enzyme, the recommended dosage is 0.02-0.1kg/t complete feed ( base on 20000 u/ml).

3. In the cane sugar industry, it is usually used in sugar viscosity increase, filtration difficulty and crystal difficulty caused in microbial infection.The trial recommended dosage is 0.05L/t dry basis ( base on 20000 u/ml).

4. Other industries, it depend on the different substrate concentration and operation conditions or according to the instructions of technicians.

Package and Storage: Plastic drum is used in liquid type,25kg/drum , Plastic weave bag is used in solid type, 20kg/bag. Further package customizable.
