In the production of pure alginate degradation,
The added amount is 0.2 ~ 0.3%,
2% sodium alginate solution
The initial viscosity is about 700, the solid enzyme is added 0.3% (calculated as sodium alginate) under the stirring condition of 35 ℃, and the viscosity drops to 10 after 5 minutes.
After 1 hour, the hydrolysis is complete, and the alginate solution becomes an aqueous liquid.
Product molecular weight is 200 ~ 2000, polymerization degree is 2 ~ 10.
The amount of addition and hydrolysis time need to be tested according to the customer.
Used for production of alginate oligosaccharides, alginate oligosaccharides have anti-cancer, anti-tumor, promote plant growth and other functions.
Used in food, textile, printing and dyeing, medical, chemical and other industries
