Bleaching enzyme


It is a thermostable hemicellulose (xylanase) preparation produced by submerged fermentation of Trichoderma reesei followed by purification and formulation. it is used to improve the bleaching of softwood and hardwood kraft pulp at high temperatures.
The laboratory is a small-scale simulation experiment, and 100 grams of samples are sufficient.
The pilot test on the machine requires more. According to the production capacity of the paper mill, it generally takes 3-5 days to test, and it is calculated according to 50-80 grams of pulp per ton of pulp.

Mechanism of action

Reduce lignin, relax the fiber structure, improve the permeation capacity of the bleach, and promote the bleaching and dissolution of residual lignin.

Smell: Slightly fermented
Density: 1.00-1.20g/ml
pH value: 4.5-6.5

Applicable process

Applicable temperature: 30-85°С 
Applicable pH: 6.5-11.0, the best is 7.0-9.0
Action time: more than 30 minutes, the best is 60-120 minutes
Dosage: 50-200g/t dry pulp according to customers situation

Application method

Uses: To improve the bleaching efficiency in the bleaching process of kraft pulp, promote the improvement of whiteness, and reduce the usage of bleaching chemicals.

Add place: the entrance of the tower before the drift or the riser of the medium concentration before the drift
Addition method: quantitatively added according to the pulping amount
Dosage: 50-200g/ton of absolute dry pulp, the best dosage needs to be determined according to the actual situation.

Packaging, storage and shelf life

Packing: 25kg/ barrel,200kgs/barrel or IBC tank
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight, preferably in a cold storage at 4°C
Shelf life: 6 months under normal temperature conditions or 1 year under 4 ℃ refrigeration conditions, the loss of activity does not exceed 10%

Toxicity and inactivation

Under normal circumstances, this product is non-toxic and harmless, but should avoid ingestion or splashing into the eyes, nose and mouth, etc., and immediately rinse with water if it touches the skin
Inactivation method: pH value <3, pH value>11 or temperature>90℃, it will lose activity
Alkali or oxidant can be added to inactivate if necessary
